Giovanni Copioli, IMF President: “After the victory of the Blue Jersey in Portugal in 2019, the appointment on the Island of Elba will certainly be unmissable. The FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy will not take place in the context of the Six Days for modern motorcycles as it has been until today, but it will be an event in its own right given the media and sporting prominence it deserves. The scenery of the Island of Elba evokes great memories for us Italian fans and will also guarantee a show and level of challenges thanks to the organization of the local Moto Club. I thank the International Motorcycling Federation, which once again has shown full confidence in Italy and the IMF by entrusting a leading competition. We will undertake to comply with all the health regulations necessary to safely accommodate the many expected participants ”.

Jorge Viegas, FIM President: “The organization of the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy outside the FIM ISDE will allow the growth of this competition for classic motorcycles introduced for the first time in 2016, during the Six Days in Spain. The FIM is pleased that the FMI and the Moto Club Isola d’Elba have agreed to organize the 2021 edition, which is expected to be attended by a large number of Enduro enthusiasts and motorcycles built from 1975 to 1986 and 50cc. to 250cc. I hope that this competition, which promises to be unforgettable, will find feedback from the media and fans at an international level “.
