The Enfola beach is located at the foot of the promontory of the same name, the hill is attached to the mainland by a small strip of land, in this punto forms two beaches: one on the north side and one on the south side. The tonnara, which has been closed for 50 years, is well-known in Elba and is clearly visible from the photo on the side.
If we take a excursion on foot in the promontory, we will find many underground shelters (bunkers) and sighting posts built by the Navy during the Second World War. At about 500 m from the beach we find the Sbruffo cave, it is accessible by swimming and the hole on the top illuminates the cave and gives special reflections and colors to the water.
The beach is located in Enfola, 5 km from Portoferraio , where we find all the indications to reach it.
