Around the houses there is a very nice green park and a beautiful lawn; all the housing area is only accessible on foot. The parking lots are not far away from the apartments.
Because of the special position we recommend to stay at Gavila’s equipped with a means of transport (car, motorcycle), especially in warmer weather.

You can’t make the embers , for fire safety and cook meat or fish outside the kitchenette because the smell can disturb other guests.
IF YOU ARE A SMOKER
Before booking at this property remember that this property is for NON-SMOKERS.
– You cannot smoke inside the apartments;
– Outside (garden, veranda, etc.) you can smoke only if you do not disturb other customers;
who chose this structure because it is reserved for NON-SMOKERS.
– You cannot smoke in the outdoor common areas, bar, garden, solarium.
DIFFERENTIATED COLLECTION of waste is carried out on the Island of Elba. Furthermore IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to use disposable plastic products (ELBA PLASTIC FREE).
Confirmation down payment:
The acceptance of a reservation is subject to availability. A reservation will be considered accepted only after the guest has received a written confirmation of availability from Residence Gavila’s and has sent, according to the terms indicated, a confirmation down payment of 30% of amount.
Cancellation policy:
– In case you must cancel a reservation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if written notice (by mail or fax) arrives at Residence Gavila’s at least 15 days before the booked arrival date.
– From 15 to 8 days before the arrival a 50% of the deposit will be charged.
No compensation in case of cancellation from the seventh day before the stay, but the deposit could be used for a short stay in the calendar year –
Delays and early departures
In the case of arrival delays or early departures, guests are obliged to pay the full amount of the entire period booked and confirmed.
