Elba Volley Company has been rooted in the territory for over thirty years. It has been and continues to be a reference point and model to be imitated for the other companies born over the years in the Elban area. Thanks to the athletes and technicians trained and raised in its bosom, the volleyball elbana had and has the ability to develop and have an ever growing base of practitioners. There are over 150 athletes / and almost all very young, who practice this beautiful sport with the colors of this club. There are 10 qualified technicians who follow these guys in their technical, sporting and human growth. Everything is directed by a group of executives who seek to express the utmost professionalism in every aspect of corporate life.

1985-’86 : PROMOTION BY THE FEMALE TEAM IN C2
1986-’87 : TAKES PART IN THE C2 WOMEN’S SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP
1987-’88 : JOIN THE C1 WOMEN’S SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP
1988-’89 : TAKE PART IN THE WOMEN’S SERIE B CHAMPIONSHIP
(Maximum level reached by an Elban team in a team sport)
1989-’90 : JOIN THE C1 WOMEN’S SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP
1990-’91 : JOIN THE B2 SERIES WOMEN CHAMPIONSHIP
1991-’92 : TAKES PART IN THE FIRST DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP (The Company is relegated from B2 to C1. All managers and President Roberto Pacini resign; most of the athletes deny their willingness to continue competitive activity. Tullio Kopeinig is the new president. The Company renounces registration in the C1 championship and restarts from the First Division)
1992-’93 : MERGER WITH ELBA REKORD (Elba Rekord, founded in 1973 as a sports club, dealt with the men’s sector and had reached the C1 series, this year it was in the D series, but it will be relegated to the First Division. It is decided to keep the name of Elba Volley for the new club that will deal with volleyball in Portoferraio with the traditional white-green color for the female teams and white-red for the male ones. President is Tullio Kopeinig .)
