The Residence dei Fiori is a small complex of apartments situated in Marina di Campo, only 300 metres from the largest and probably most beautiful sandy beach on the island.
Elba Marina di Campo Residence
The town of Marina di Campo is located on the right side of the largest beach on the island (1500 m). In the center, there is the ancient fishing village, the small port, dominated by the Pisana tower. The beautiful promenade along the seafront is popular.

Both the beach and the village centre are within a short walking distance of the apartments. Just before the beach you will find a small pine grove with a play-park for children or for you to simply enjoy the shade afforded by the tall trees and sea breeze. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking and each apartment has a large terrace where you can eat “al fresco” or just soak in the sun on the loungers. Inside the apartments you will find satellite TV, telephone and hairdryers in the bathroom. In the surrounding garden there are barbecues and also a washing machine for comunal use. You may also wish to make use our “take-away” restaurant, swimming pool , bar and reception facilities including fax and safety deposit box during the summer opening of the Hotel Elba. Apartments sleep 2 – 4 or 5 people and each apartment has a car space available. We are open all year round with central heating during the winter months.

Prices are for minimum 7 days stay. We accept bookings with arrival or departure on any day of the week.
Discounts
LONG STAY SPECIAL: 10% discount on bookings of minimum 14 nights up until the 11th June and from 12th September onwards.
Additional costs
Family pets are accepted only on request. A maximum of one small\medium sized pet per apartment is allowed. A fee of € 15,00 total will be applicable.
Special prices for ferry crossings with Blu Navy available and also special prices for beach lounger rental from 15th June to 15th September and guided tours.
