The Lacona Apartments and the Bungalows are two small separate residences, able to offer, in their diversity, a holiday for every need. The Apartments are located within the Mazzarri farm where the cellar is open for tastings of wine, extra virgin olive oil and the typical aleatico of Elba. The Bungalows are centrally located, with respect to our town and the Gulf of Lacona.

The old farmhouses, renovated, are divided into one / two / three-room apartments to accommodate 2 to 6 people, and are complete with kitchen, bathroom with shower and winter heating.
The large outdoor areas are equipped and pets are welcome.
Parking in the Bungalow area is available to all guests, in order to easily reach the sea on foot . Linen is NOT provided. Annual opening.
Bungalow Lacona
Only 200 metres in front of one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the island are the Bungalows Lacona
there are 6 buildings, semi-detached houses that can accommodate 4 people each. The 5th bed is available on request and at a surcharge. Each bungalow is equipped on the outside with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.
TYPE (masonry): living room with kitchenette + bedroom + hallway in the living room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
TYPE B (of wood): living room with kitchenette + bedroom + bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk and a bathroom with shower
Barbecue, parking space, outdoor shower and a large gazebo at the disposal of the guests.
pets are NOT allowed. Linen bed and are equipped with heating. Open all year.
How to get to the Lacona Apartments
The apartments Lacona and the bungalows, are located in Lacona, about 8 Km from Portoferraio.
The Reception is at the Apartments, along the Colle Reciso road.
How to get to the Lacona Bungalows
Arrived by ferry at Portoferraio , follow the road sign “All Directions” Capoliveri – Porto Azzurro. Follow the provincial road to the traffic lights and turn right, towards Lacona “Colle Reciso”.
Continue for about 5 km. Once on the top of Colle Reciso you have a beautiful view of Lacona and its gulfs.
Going down the road, on the left, a large sign with the word “Appartamenti Lacona” indicates that you have arrived .
