Activities of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park 2025, Known how ‘ Living the park ‘ , digital version, the paper edition will be available in Beve. Trekking on Monte Capanne – The summit of Elba
Cross the alleys and characteristic squares of the ancient village of Marciana, take the path that climbs towards the sanctuary of the Madonna del Monte between chestnuts and Mediterranean scrub. By skirting the Monte Jupiter we cross the North GTE to embark on the steep part of the route. Arrived at the top, the fatigue is widely rewarded by the panorama that embraces Corsica, Archipelago and Costa Toscana. Return along the path 101 that passes through San Cerbone and arrives in Marciana, for those who prefer him to return to the cable car.

Trekking that, from La Zanca, goes to take path 150 that climbs, through abandoned dry stone walls, on wooded paths that open on sudden panoramas. Along the way we will be able to observe some imposing specimens of Erica Arborea. Continuing in the direction of Patresi we will deviate towards the Punta Polveraia lighthouse, we will reach the west end of the island. From dry to Fetovaia on the way of essence

On the occasion of the International Dark Sky Week. Shortly after the Cava di Colle Vale, take path n. 266 which continues towards Portoferraio along a former military road immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with panel trees, strawberries and Erica. Clean beaches and backdrops
The Beach Litter survey is one of the most important international Citizen Science initiatives at the level. Nature in the center. The spiders, extraordinary bioindicators!
The negative image that accompanies spiders has always aroused a colorful folklore, which has reflected a delay also within the scientific community in the acquisition of knowledge on their taxonomy, biology and ecology. Trekking sul Monte Serra e osservazione dei rapaci
Short ring route from Aia Di Cacio. Trekking of red stones with the geologist
Week of planet Earth. Trekking that starting from Nisportino reaches the Mangani beach. A demanding itinerary that touches the Punta delle Casette promontory, the stretch of coast of the red stones from which you can admire the Rada of Portoferraio. With the help of the expert Giulio Colombo we will listen to the geological history narrated by Diaspri and Radiolariti. After a stop at the Caletta dei Mangani we return to the same path.

Castagna Feast in Poggio
From Marciana to Poggio long ancient streets. Trekking to discover the Apennine vegetation along the slopes of the Elba mountain, Monte Capanne. The extensive chestnuts have been exploited, in the past, for the fruit and for the timber, an interesting example of sustainable economy that we will deal with during the walk.

Somgeria of Elba: once upon a time there was an island
Sensory approach to the donkey in its enclosure, testing of the donkey in the middle of the oliveta, visit of the small museum “Once upon a time there was an island”. Excursion immersed in the Mediterranean scrub until you reach a magnificent forest of holm oaks, along a fresh path.
