Description Residence
The Maricampo residence is a newly built complex consisting of 25 apartments spread over two floors. It is also equipped with an outdoor parking where you can leave your car.
The residence is located within a fenced garden from which you can access a street with little traffic that in a few minutes allows you to walk to the nearby bay of Marina di Campo. Continuing from the beach promenade you can comfortably walk to the town center, thus enjoying a relaxing walk along the gulf.
The residence also has a swimming pool, surrounded by a large paved square equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, for ensure maximum relaxation.
Apartments description
Each apartment has a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, wardrobe with pull-out bunk bed, bathroom with shower and covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to comfortably eat outside. Each studio apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is also equipped with a color TV and air conditioning.

Information
EARLY BOOKING OFFER
Offer valid for reservations made at least 45 days before the start of the stay, minimum 7 nights. The offer is valid in the period 24 May – 6 September.
OTHER PERIODS
Period from January 1st to April 25th and from September 25th to December 31st: minimum stay 3 nights, linen on request available at a cost of €10 per person.
Easter Bridge: minimum stay 3 nights at €75, supplement €50 per night.
Easter weekend, period 1st May and 2nd June: minimum stay 3 nights, supplement € 30 per night.
Rates include:
VAT, water, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels (kitchen excluded) with weekly change, color TV, air conditioning, shaded parking space and use of the swimming pool. From 1st January to 31st May and from 13th September to 31st December linen is available on request at a cost of € 15 per person.
Security deposit
(to be paid upon arrival) of € 150.00 to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect condition.
Supplements:
Final cleaning of the apartment: € 60.00 .
Extra final cleaning of the apartment: € 50.00 for cleaning the kitchenette, if left dirty. < br /> Pets: the presence of cats and small dogs is allowed in the studio, not left free in the condominium area and the swimming pool, with a supplement of € 45.00 < / strong> for a more thorough final cleaning.
Payment:
One third of the entire amount upon confirmation of booking (by postal order or bank transfer) and balance upon arrival
Delivery of the apartment:
Between 17.00 and 20.00 (notify the Management for arrivals at different times).
Release of the apartment:
Before 10.00 on the day of departure.
Interruption of the stay:
No reimbursement for early departure or cancellation of the stay on the amount paid in balance upon arrival.
Waiver:
if the lease is canceled by the Customer, the same will be required to pay the following penalties:
- 10% of the entire amount of the rent starting from the confirmation day up to 30 days before the start of the stay;
- 25% of the entire amount from 29 to 22 days before the start of the stay;
- 50% of the entire amount from 21 to 8 days before the start of the stay;
- 75% of the entire amount 7 to 3 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the entire amount if subsequently.
RECOMMENDATION:
Guests are strongly requested to respect the rest hours from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and after 11.00 pm.
