Sburrita di baccalà
The Sburrita is a typical dish Riese , very tasty and immediately ready.
Ingredients: 800 g of wet cod, garlic, oil, catmint, chilli pepper, Tuscan homemade bread.
Preparation of the Sburrita: Cut the cod into the right thickness. Heat a pan with cold water, one or two chillies, a few crushed cloves of garlic and plenty of catmint, bring to a boil then add the pieces of cod, a glass of oil and boil everything for about fifteen minutes.
Cut the bread (the homemade round one) into slices and place it directly on the plate, then pour over the broth with the cod.
