The self-catering apartments, “Le Terrazze” and “Il Belvedere”, are arranged in a terrace style enjoying a more elevated and therefore more panoramic location than the other parts of the complex. All of the apartments boast a sea view, are well furnished, have external phone lines, satellite TV, hairdryer and a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils and cutlery.
On arrival the fridge is stocked with water, soft drinks and milk, compliments of the hotel management.
The smaller of the studios, accommodating two or three persons (type A), have small gardens, equipped with tables, chairs and adjustable sunblind.
The larger of the studios, accommodating four people (type B), besides having a large terrace also fully equipped, they are specifically formed by a room with such a height to allow the presence of a mezzanine.

The vast swimming pool is located within an area by the sea and its water appears to join the seawater in an extraordinary optical effect.

The swimming pool, with a depth which varies from about ten centimeters to two and half meters in order to be used by swimmers of all levels, either experts or beginners, is surrounded by vast areas equipped with beach-chairs, umbrellas and sun beds that are made available for both hotel and self-catering guest’s use, free of charge. The areas along the sea are finished in part with sand and in part with lawns.

Private beach

The tourist complex includes a vast area just along the sea, provided with a splendid swimming pool and many sporting equipment and facilities. Beach-chairs and umbrellas are made available for guest’s use, free of charge. Private jetty is available for mooring of small vessels.

Nearby Beaches

For the guests who like admiring the island, because of its variety of coasts, there are several and splendid coves, beaches and bights surrounded by natural vegetation typically Mediterranean as: agaves, mastic trees, myrtles, rosemaries, brooms.

Crystalline and clear waters to be reached, either by boat or by car, to be found while discovering the whole island. Not to be missed the several and charming coves located at a short distance from the touristic complex: Barabarca, Zuccale, L’Innamorata, Felciaio and many others.

For the guests who would not like driving independently with their own car, both the hotel and self-catering complex make available for them a free bus service to the Lido beach where they may rent umbrellas and beach-chairs.

The trails on the hilltops surrounding the complex also allow one to enjoy pleasant walks amongst the colours and aromas of the Mediterranean vegetation. Golfers will be able to reach the nearby Golf Club in a few minutes by car. The beaches which can easily be reached by car or boat are numerous and varied for all tastes. “Terme di San Giovanni”, a well organized mud-baths facility, can be reached in ten minutes by car.

From early June through till early September the hotel offers organised entertainment. The staff organise pleasant evenings featuring music, dancing and cabaret shows in addition to the daytime recreational and sporting activities such as, volleyball and bowls tournaments, group swimming lessons, “aqua-gym”, aerobics, boat trips, card- game tournaments and various other games.

There is a mini-club for youngsters of four years and over which is run by the entertainment organizers. In the hotel there is a free shuttle bus to the nearby “Lido” beach, where one can rent umbrellas and sun beds and have both windsurfing and sailing lessons. There are Kayak canoes and pedalos available for hire. Daily newspapers are available on request. There is a private jetty for the mooring of small vessels and for the mooring of larger vessels there is a private marina outside of the complex. The town of Capoliveri is 3 km away
