Elba Physical Education and Sport ASD in Portoferraio
The sports association ELBA EDUCAZIONE FISICA e SPORT ASD, affiliated with UISP, a sports promotion body recognized by Coni , was born by the will of the teachers Maurizio and Simonetta Neto in 2007 and has as its aim the achievement and maintenance of a good physical health of the individual through motor activity. It makes use of qualified I.S.E.F. and F.I.F., with many years of experience in the sports sector.
Among the proposed activities: Free Body, suitable for all ages, G.A.G., specific toning activity for abdominal buttocks and legs, Total Body, Step, Stretching, Postural Gymnastics, Gymnastics for the Third Age; Aquagym (summer period). The lessons include specific and differentiated exercise programs, with or without the use of small tools, at low / medium / high intensity, aimed at regaining muscle tone, improving overall physical fitness, flexibility, coordination and muscle strengthening.
