“Sustainable consumption of fish products and consumer education”: this is the theme of the last meeting of the “Pesca con Gusto” cycle to be held in Porto Azzurro Friday 12 May starting at 9.30 at the Teatrino delle Suore in Via Cerboni with the collaboration of the Pro Loco. Last week’s meeting in Rio had already addressed the theme of sustainability, with great interest from the audience present, illustrating the activities associated with fishing, precisely in support of the tourist economy, thinking of an experiential tourism, in contact with nature, which seeks genuine products and tradition in the kitchen.
